PC's capacity to handle plugins dropped dramatically out of nowhere

Dear Forum,

I am writing now but this happened about 1-2 months and the issue is still going on so I wanted to check if anyone else is experiencing it. I haven't installed anything new and I am only using the PC to work on FL. I use latest FL version on win 10.

One day I found out that the amount of plugins I can load in a project without glitches or cpu overload dropped drastically and old projects on which I used to work without ANY problem now require me to consolidate everything to minimize the load. What is even weirder is that the overloads/drops in signal happen on 60% CPU load, while before that I could load up to 95% CPU and only after that I started getting the underruns/glitches. I am not even loading that much plugins anyway. We are talking about 20 effects in the mixer all together. Of course, I put my buffer size to the max.

My PC is pretty good with 48 RAM and Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-10400F CPU @ 2.90GHz 2.90 GHz

Using Apollo Twin USB.

What could be the reason, has this happened to anyone of you? Could it be a recent FL update or something from my Win? But if it's from windows then it must be a worldwide issue so I am not sure that's it.
