No connection with my FL Cloud subscription in FL Studio.

Hi,
I had to reinstall my Mac Os Sonoma system. Then I reinstalled FL Studio. Since then, I no longer have access to my FL Cloud account in FL Studio. I have tried everything. I have logged out of FL Cloud, logged back in, it does not work. FL Studio presents itself as if I do not have an FL Cloud account and offers me a month of trial.
