I want to request a refund, but my tickets are being ignored.
I accidentally purchased FL Studio and haven’t used the license at all. My credit card payment due date is approaching, but the support team hasn’t responded to my tickets for 3 days. Why is it so difficult to get a refund, and why is the support team so irresponsible?
