After the WIN11 update on December 18th, FLSTUDIO would no longer start if the AKAI FIRE and Presonus Fader Port Classic

t was working fine up until December 18th, but after the Win11 update on the 18th, FLSTUDIO would not start.
Conditions for it not starting
1. Start the PC with the AKAI FIRE and FaderPort Classic connected.
2. Start FLSTUDIO. It will not respond and will remain in the startup preparation state.
By the way, if both devices (even just one) are connected, reinstalling FLSTUDIO will also end with an error.

Until now, when the AKAI FIRE was connected and the PC was started, the lights on the switches would light up, but that has now disappeared.

Measures to start FLSTUDIO under the condition of using the AKAI FIRE and FaderPort Classic after December 18th

1. Disconnect the USB cables from both devices and start the PC.
2. Start FLSTIDIO.
3. After FLSTUDIO starts, connect the USB cables from both devices.
The above procedure works fine.
If you follow this procedure, the lights on the AKAI FIRE will light up and it will be recognized.

I don't know what the problem is. I have officially submitted three support tickets to Imageline regarding this issue, but they are currently being ignored. There has been no response at all.

Is this just me having this issue?

Has anyone else experienced FLSTUDIO not starting up when an external MIDI device is left connected around this date?
