FL STUDIO MAC VersioN 24.2.1.4184

I'm On version Version 24.2.1.4184 for mac

My sessions are taking forever to load it get stuck on "Stretching:" and also everytime i Duplicate an arrangement it stays stuck on "Stretching"
This didn't happen before. i dont know what's going on with this version or if somethings wrong with my computer. please help....
