Midi Out Midi CC Preset for Hardwaresynth

Hey guys
I recently made a preset for my Behringer PRO 800 on Midi Out with all the Midi CC settings and created a Control Surface replica of it and then routed them together via link to controller.

My question now is if I can somehow save presets that I made with the "digital" Version in FL or is there a way to turn all knobs together slightly back and forth, so that the Preset then get loaded onto my Hardware Synth?
