12900K VS 9950X3D (what is the best)

Hi, I’ve decided to upgrade my 9900K, and an important factor for me is avoiding water cooling. That’s why I’m considering these processors. The main goal is to handle large projects in FL Studio in Stable CPU performance. Any suggestions?
