FLP data not all there>?

When I open a recently created FLP file, on this new version of the BETA, none of the clips in the arrangement window are there. I have been able to open these specific files over and over with no issues over the past several days. They were already laid out in the arrangement window. When I opened them up this morning the window is empty. Also, the bottom sample in each file I open is there, with a label on it, but it has been deleted in the sample window and removed from the mixer board.

I am a fully licenced user. I know it's a BETA and shouldn't matter, but thought it MAY be relevant info.

Quick Addition, I also noticed my entire mixer is empty. The template I made is all set up in the mixer, named, bunch of busses set up, and all color coded. the only thing that is still there are the separators i put in.

Also, when I open FL, the template I made is in tact. It is just files I save, not the template itself.
