Do REX files have any use in FL?

Earlier I downloaded all the free sample packs from the Presets tab in the browser, and lots of them have the same folders twice, but one of them is made of .rx2 files, searched it and saw they are actually files made for Reason.

Wanted to know if they have any fancy or special use at all in FL, or if I can just delete them and use their wav equivalents.

Also wanted to say that maybe you could encourage people a bit more to check these packs and other free resources in that tab, there are a lot of cool breakbeats, guitars and many other nice samples. When people think about the fl free samples I'm sure everyone just thinks about the classic ones that come preinstalled
