I had a 6 month trial of FL producer bundled with my Novation FL Key 37, the trial expired and now I'm trying to purchase FL studio.
Because I had the 6 month trial, I'm able to purchase FL studio (any version) with a useful discount - this give me a cheaper price, even when considered the current sale.
However, when I try to buy it - it gives me "you may already own this product".
When I look at my shopping basket there's a small amount there (equivalent to less than $5US), but when I click on 'edit shopping basket' to remove it, it just takes me back to the shop.
I've already sent a support ticket, but from past experience these things move very slowly.

I know that I can make a new account, and just buy FL studio at the regular price (and even discounted because of the Nov sales) - but that's not the point - I have a discounted price that I want to take advantage of.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
