25.2 Build 5116 - Melda License Activation caused fl studio to crash

So I loaded the melda license file mlf into the Melda Plugin vst3 instance of MBitFun into its license activation window and it registered the license and showed the registered plugins in the mlf then FL Studio crashed immediately after. Upon relaunching FL Studio Midi would not recognize - due to the "orphan window" issue where an orphan instance of FL Studio which doesn't close when fl studio crashes likely is tied to the midi devices. The window that is orphaned will not close with Task Manager, or is delayed for some time. I tried to use PID -9 and the pid number to terminate it but it was already apparently closed some midi outputs still showed error and now FL Studio is launching with the midi error bug again where devices show as error then enable for inputs but outputs stay error.

I am guessing a restart will fix this. I am not sure if this may be due to the plugins also being linked to fl cloud but something definately went bad with this activation causing fl studio to crash perhaps the plugin reload after activation or change in status of the plugin after activation without a rescan, not sure but something happened.
