Can't Unlock FL Studio

My dad bought FL Studio from Sweetwater music for me, and sent me the link with the key code. I registered it under my own email address, and used the key, but it's still showing as a free app, as registered to me.

My dad then tried to register the key under his email to unlock it, but it won't let him use the key because I registered it.

Now, neither one of us can use the app.

What can we do?
