The day before yesterday I was bored and tried out different plugins for finding the best handling for a supersaw pad... (btw... the winner were Serum 2 and Falcon! while Falcon did the job with 25% of the CPU use of Serum
I started with Serum 2 created a chord pattern and tweaked the synth...
I cloned the track and replaced Serum by Falcon... tweaked it... muted Serum 2 track and put it into smart disable (this I did afterwards for every track I have cloned)
Cloned this track and replaced it by Nexus...tweaked it...
Cloned the Nexus track and replaced Nexus by Sylenth1... tweaked it...
Cloned the Sylenth track and replaced it by ANA 2... tweaked it...
Cloned this track and replaced it by Avenger... it took ages, at least 1 or 2 minutes until Avenger was loaded ... but it worked and I tweaked it... from this moment on (I noticed later) FLS refused to do auto backups anymore...
This is the last state I can recall but I tried out Sytrus and Rapid after that...
Once done, I wanted to close the programm... hard crash...
Next day I loaded the latest backup (after loading and tweaking Avenger) and everything loaded fine... I have no way to recreate this crash ...absolutely random.
It´s really not a joy anymore to do anything in FL Studio... these constant random crashes one cannot track down makes the chance of fixes nearly zero which means this will go on probably a long time.
Very frustrating and FLS gets opened less and less here...
Anyway... if it helps... this is the last backup I found: .
There was no crash log I can find created though!
