Running FL Studio on Linux (Megathread)

whats the state of the best runner to use for FL currently? I'm still using kron4ek-wine-10.11 because updating to the newer kron4ek wine versions causes the ghost plugin window issue. The guide now seems to recommend proton-ge, anyone have experience with that?
