CPU load 70% on track stop

Hello,

I'm not sure if this is usual or not.
I have a project with many plugins and effects (much less than what would be a professional track I guess).
I'd say I have like 30 effect plugins in mixers + 40 or 50 plugins in channel rack (included one kontakt with a couple of instruments).
On track stop (the DAW playing nothing) the CPU load is around 60% or 70%.
If I start removing effects from mixers, the CPU load gets lower progressively.

Is that CPU load normal for a stopped track?
I'm using Smart Disable on effects.
