25.2.2 Build 5154 Weird MIDI record graphics glitch?

I don't remember this happening before.

Just cause it seemed like a glitch to me. My apologies if it always did this when recording midi.
What is happening. When midi is recorded the bar line seemst to flash between solid and clear. Record function does appear to work after recording is finished buy while recording the midi notes don't just extend they like seem to redraw or something. Not the best example as I had notes there already.

I'll see about recording something in blank piano roll and up it.
