Presonus Studio One is no more

Well, sort of. It's been rebranded as Fender Studio Pro (Fender have owned Presonus for a while now).

Some of the Presonus interfaces have also been rebranded as Fender. It's not clear whether the Presonus name will remain on the higher end gear.

It will be interesting to see how things develop from here.
