You can do it for the instrument/audio track headers, even in the audio clip channel sampler window and it goes into the right mixer track, but you cant drag to the audio clip itself in the playlist. Being able to do this would make it a little bit more intuitive and faster.
Only if the audio clip is routed to a mixer track ofc, if it's not then nothing will happen.
