Accidentally subscribed to FL Cloud

I didn't even know why, but I just randomly got charged with an FL-Cloud annual plan subscription.
There was no prompt or anything. just a receipt saying that I was charged 89 Euros on the 14th of November. I don't even plan to use fl cloud. I have already cancelled the subscription as of 22nd of November.

I would greatly appreciate a refund for the subscription that i didn't subscribe to.
