FLkey 49 NKS Integration in FL Studio: MIDI Note Duplication Issue

I'm reaching out to seek assistance with an issue I've been experiencing while integrating the Novation FLkey 49 keyboard with Komplete Kontrol within FL Studio. After loading the custom NKS configuration onto the FLkey 49 using Novation Components and activating it, the NKS controls—such as pads, knobs, and navigation buttons—function correctly when I set the FLkey's MIDI input port (236) as the input port for the Komplete Kontrol VST plugin.​

However, this setup results in duplicated MIDI note messages, causing hanging notes and triggering notes upon release. This behavior does not occur when using Komplete Kontrol in standalone mode, suggesting the issue is specific to the interaction between the FLkey 49, Komplete Kontrol, and FL Studio.​

I've contacted both Novation and Native Instruments support teams. Novation indicated that the issue might stem from Komplete Kontrol not filtering note messages correctly and recommended reaching out to Native Instruments. After communicating with Native Instruments, they advised contacting FL Studio support, indicating that the problem might be related to FL Studio's MIDI handling.​

I reached out to Image-Line's support team nearly three weeks ago but have not received a response. In the meantime, I've come across discussions where users have reported similar issues with MIDI note duplication and hanging notes in FL Studio, particularly when using Komplete Kontrol keyboards.​
