Stock plugins not automatically appearing or catagorizing

I just got a new PC and installed FL Studio, but I noticed the stock plugins didn’t automatically appear this time. I was able to locate them using the FL Studio Plugin Manager; however, when I enable them so they show up in the plugin picker, they don’t appear in the usual effect categories like they did on my previous computer. Third-party plugins, such as iZotope Vinyl, automatically place themselves into a category without any issue. I also reinstalled FL Studio and used the default file paths during installation, but the issue still persists.
