Pitch in Sampler, 2nd Topic - why not add +/-24 or +/36 Semitones...

hi all,

so here im again, i didnt find my old topic, i have to bookmark these to not open new ones, pardon me.

im working on a lot of tracks since some weeks and do a lot of sound design. the annoying part is still the sampler not being able to transpose samples up to +/- 24 Semitones or more.... i showcased that this is possible in other DAWs too.
FL Studio has afaik great algorithms! i read some time it would break backwards compatibility? come on?
when +/-12 was used then the sampler should identify it correctly. this is so BAD! REALLY BAD! i need to export samples and reimport, transpose again. or i use a pitching plugin but it sucks up more CPU and has a different sound.

i just dont understand why IL, you are sometimes so not moving? i wanted to write another word but i dunno which word is neutral, i mean it neutral. you stay on your line and dont move and other daws move on (yeah i know i know, i can go and no one holds me to use FL Studio). this is unbelievable. (also the shortcut topic) either just say no, because this and that or be honest and say "wait minimum 5 years" but i cannot take FL Studio and IL's roadmap seriously anymore if this has NO CRUCIAL issue not to be implemented.

this is so frustrating and you read it how frustrated this makes me, as i spend so many wasted minutes for a DAW which claims to be so fast and ideas getting transferred into a song asap. laughing! for real. i remember some time where the startup time was more important, DAWs start nowadays all within some seconds...

Ableton -48 Semitones

FL Studio -12 Semitones

if someones say "why you need -48 semitones" yeah go figure yourself, at least 24 or better 36.... 2026 the year, we have so great algorithms but use so bad native plugins which cannot use these great features. yeah i drive a car which looks like crap but use golden wheels. sorry im teasing you now but how can you work professional with such unprofessional half baked features. basics, bassssiiiiiccs! missing still 2026. im so looking forward to FL 26
