Mixer effect slots: Being able to select multiple & effect drag handle

1.So both in channel rack and playlist you have this spot to select multiple instruments/playlist tracks, so you can do macro option for them (e.g delete, move), but the mixer effect window doesn't have it, there are a few benefits if this was added:

- Patcherize a few plugins instead of all
- Faster moving, deleting, bypass
- Unifying the workflow, channel rack, playlist track & mixer channel all have it but with this missing, it feels incomplete

2. In the future, the maximum effect slots will probably unlimited, so there will be a page scroller/slider, which mean Scrollwheel shortcut to move the effect will be deleted which is a good thing. So we need a way to move the plugin around, and I think a dedicated drag spot like the drag icon (top right) in Edison will be the best, with this you will have some perks:

- You can drag a plugin to other mixer channel. Combine with the 1st request, you will be able to drag a whole set.

- In piano roll, you can hold shift to drag a duplicate of the selection. Add that exact behaviour to the mixer so you can clone effects to other channel.
It's possible atm with File > drag "save mixer track state", but this can only do a single plugin, it's also not obvious & unintuitive. This will unify the workflow across FL which is always a big yes.
