How Do I Set Up FL Studio Inside Reaper?

I've seen a few posts like this, and none have really been helpful.

I've tried to set up FL Studio inside Reaper as per directions, and nothing has worked. I've tried every way I could find according to the many instructions I've come across, even after watching several videos on how to do it, and nothing works. I've used FL Studio for many years now, and wanted to use Reaper, as it's the only DAW right now that works on my computer for opening large templates that FL Studio can't handle for some reason. When I open them in FL, as soon as the sound starts, my CPU is maxed out and everything freezes and crashes. So far, Reaper is the only DAW I've tried that can actually handle the templates and the plugins, so I found that I could run FL Studio inside Reaper itself and use the templates as normal.

HOWEVER, I can't get FL to work inside Reaper as a VST/VSTi like every video and post says I'm able to. So what do I do in order to get it to ACTUALLY work?
