FL Studio freezes when MIDI devices are connected.

On Saturday, February 21st, FL froze and wouldn't close. I rebooted my computer, and it opened. I tried to close it, but when I clicked the cross, it froze. The blue wheel spun and didn't respond.
I ran diagnostics, and it said no errors were found. I reset all settings. I reinstalled FL. Same thing.
I updated absolutely all the drivers, even the ones that didn't need updating, and I reinstalled them. Then I uninstalled and reinstalled FL. Same thing again.
Finally, I reinstalled Windows 11. I opened FL, and it froze while it was opening. It said "midi devices have changed...refreshing"
Then, I started disconnecting the midi devices, FL started working. It opens and closes, but it gives an error like, "FL Studio ASIO Error Code: -2147023728"
When I connect midi devices, the program freezes. Sometimes during loading itself, sometimes when I want to exit and press the cross.
I also tried changing the buffer size from 512 to 2048. I also tried changing the input/output parameters from FL Studio ASIO to M Audio. Didn't help.
I don't know what to do?

Midi-Devices:
Midi Interface - M-Audio 192/8
Midi Controller - Akai MPK mini Mk3
