Windows 11 FL Studio 25.2.5.5319 crashes immediately on launch

None of the posted trouble shooting tips have helped, all devices are disconnected, I even did a _fresh install of Windows 11 Pro_ with no competing devices or drivers. This is a brand new machine and I was looking forward to using FL Studio on it. I've tested other audio and graphics software/games and nothing else seems to have an issue. The crash is consistent, and examining the local core dump, always seems in the exact same location, so I assume this version is busted. Posting here in case anyone has any tips that might help, since so far, support has only told me things I've already read (and attempted) from existing documentation.
