UK Garage Pad/Keys/Chord Sound

Hi All, I'd really like to know how to make, or to see if anyone else has already made a sound the same as the pad, layered under the vocal that starts 4 seconds into the song that I have attached to this post. This sounds like a filtered Pad to me and then it becomes sidechained at 17 seconds. This is in a lot of Garage Songs and some deep house.

Any Help on this would be great! P.S, I have all stock plugins as well as Serum 1 and 2.
