Audio issues when using FL Studio and GarageBand together on macOS Tahoe

Since updating to FL Studio 25.2.5.5055, I'm experiencing audio issues when using FL Studio and GarageBand at the same time on macOS Tahoe 26.5.1
When I open GarageBand while FL Studio is running, FL Studio starts producing crackling/distorted audio, increased latency, and sometimes becomes unresponsive. Previously, I could switch between both applications without any problems.

System:
FL Studio 25.2.5.5055
macOS Tahoe 26.5.1
MacBook Air M1

I am using FL Studio natively on my MacBook Air M1 with Rosetta disabled.
