IDEA SUGGESTION: Fruity Limter Release quantize

Allow users to select quantized times for the release dial in Limiter. I always find myself looking up a third-party release time table. I know it's always possible to do it by ear, but it's also nice to at least know your rhythmic values on top. Let me know what yall think.
