Keys of FPC are a bit strange and with AKAI LPD8

2 Questions

1- Why are the presets all starting wit C3, while an empty preset always start with C5 ?

Either FLstudio is wrong or AKAI LPD8 is wrong, when I program the LPD8 for C5 then FLStudio receives it as C7.
So and because all empty presets start with C5 (Bank A) I programmed the LPD8 with other numbers 0-127 responig to a key, but then way off, so when I'm sending like a C3 according to LPD8, the FLStudio sees it as C5 and hence an empty preset is correct matching.
Buuuuut.... now all pre-programmed presets are off the scale because these all start with C3.

2- Can Imageline change the behavior, so empty presets also start with C3 just like all other presets, or do we need to change it ourself?
Because this is very cumbersome and time wasting.
