You simply decided that generative AI is where this suddenly stops counting as creative work.
And "if grey isn't clearly defined, ban everything" is not an argument either. It's just imposing your personal comfort zone on everyone else.
You don't have to use AI. But calling everyone who does a scammer doesn't make your personal definition of art an objective fact.
And that's the part you keep avoiding.
When you want to stay in the pre 2022 time, then that's your personal decision.
If using components in a creative way that they become art because of the human creation, pushing a button for creating a picture, a movie or a song is definetely not!
I don´t know what´s so hard to understand...
Why is it so tremendeously important to use AI if we clearly know how much it is abused to harm hard working people??
Are you not skilled enough to create something on your own?
Do you feel less creative if you don´t have AI?
Is not having AI the end of the world?
Is it valid to harm all just because some are keen of using it?
Anyway... I hope the measures having put into place to ban this kind of cheating more and more will continue and getting stronger, that using AI will give the blind people just trouble but nothing worth anymore (other than for hobby reasons) and AI companies getting sued for their crimes until they have to close their doors...
Then the problem will solve itself anyway and we finally can get back to normal!
