Directwave Download Troubles

I recently purchased the Varazdin Orchestral sample collection. I have begun installing them and have run into a bit of a problem with an instrument collection. The Contrabass Tuba collection will not downloaded, and the downloader has stated that A) It is not "real" zip folder, and B) File not found. I'm still downloading the rest at this time so there may be more, and they are currently downloading smoothly, but could you please look into the stated collection? I would appreciate it.
