HI..What kind of Computer can I get to use FL studio 7 and u

HI..ok..Please understand I bought a Emachine two years ago. I thought they were ok cause my friend has one and it worked no matter what but my computer needs other system restore and i hate this process cause I lose all my music. (My drive will not burn CDs)

So is there a Better PC type computer out there for FL Studio?

I think You can't buy a Winows Vista Computer to use FL Right?
