I would love to see the option of a bright skin. You probably think this would not improve music making, but it could make it more user friendly especially for the eyes.
I know there are people around who made some kind of own skin, but it always looked like sh*t because there were only a couple of elements that could be changed, so the rest looked still the same (like te piano roll).
I probably hurt other people's feelings with my suggestion but that is also the reason why you should make it an option and not the only choice.
I also see you thinking that FL Studio will lose its identity, but I don't think so. The basis will still be the same.
