Hi guys,
I have a really strange problem with wav files that were created by FL 9.0.3 and earlier versions @ Windows 7 HomePremium 64bit.
Describtion of the problem as followed:
- impossible to delete the wav files (just showing "calculating" for all the time, even some hours)
- impossible to see properties of the files (nothing is happening when clicking on "properties")
- impossible to rename files (makes the explorer.exe crash... it won't react anymore)
and when I sent the file to a mastering engineer he told me he couldn't open the file and it would seem like it's corrupted...
also the file won't play in the WMP, but playing on iTunes but making it crashing like explorer.exe (no reaction anymore but the music will keep playing)
the wav file just works fine @ VLC...
I have no idea what is wrong with those files, I hope you have some ideas...
For a test I sent this track to a friend of mine using Windows XP and rendered it again to wav and this time the wav played in the WMP.... I mean it's ok for now but not for all the time...
Thank you!
If you need to check that file I may upload it somewhere
