Central Admin enhancement

With so many good features now is it worth considering additional admin user accounts that can be limited to what they see.

For example I have a customer who wants to control her guest book but I can't afford to give her full admin as I know she will play with other things.

Maybe keep it simple with 2 extra editable admin accounts with access options.
