dB to % readout/meter

Hey guys
I'm looking for a percentage ratio readout for audio input.

so:
0dB and above will show 100%
-6dB will show 50 (as every -6 dB is half of the volume)
-12dB = 25
-18dB = 12.5
-24dB = 6.25
etc...
below 36dB (or manually choose the lowest dB) set to 0

I actually want the read out to be between 0-1 (I will divide it by 100..), this is why above 0dB = 100% and below 36dB = 0%.

any ideas?
can you help to make or share such a module if you already have it?

Why do I need it:
a continue to my morphing tool, this time I want it to trigger changes like a compressor, sound changes (morphing) according to the volume of the output, but unlike a compressor, I need it to be limited to 0-1 floating in order to simplify the morphing triggers.
