All of you probably know, when you add compressor with 6milliseconds latency on the snare, it will sound very bad vs the kick.
Every small latency count! It can ruin the whole mix and even give noobs wrong impression about their high-end plugins in the mix, Because it sounds totally different from it it supposed to sounds!
perhaps they will get a bad impression about FLstudio because in other programs those plugins sound neat!
So there is a "track delay/latency" adjustment in every channel in the mixer, but let me ask you:
Think about 6 different high-end plugins in 6 different channels, 6 different latencies! It is almost impossible to adjust all the channels latencies this way!
how can anyone handle something like this??????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE TELL ME!
Auto Delay Compensation will do the job for us, it will make all the instruments have the same delay, so every audio singal will hit in the right time.
Please vote,
In hope that gol, will bother to add AUTO DC, to save us from the latency games in the mixer...

I didn't get answer yet.SevenSins wrote:gol wrote:you don't get it, FL has NO automatic PDC. So by default it doesn't use anything. When you set up your PDC (manually), you're free to use the plugin's delay, or something else.to Use/Not Use, the natural latency of each plugin.
Plus, this is the last thing to put in a plugin manager. This is per-plugin instance in your project, not 'by plugin name'. Plugin latencies can vary depending on their settings.
hmm...if everyone else ask for it, why don't you add it (Auto-PDC)
setting PDC manually is a nightmare...super waste of time & inspiration & QUALITY.
I'm sure it would take time to add/program an auto dc, however, it could save us even more time and troubles.
