I don't know whether to post this here or in the Technical Support forum, but here goes. Today, I started up FL studio 7, because I had some mastering to do on one of my projects, and my ASIO4All driver kept on maxing out the my super-fast processor and producing no sound. So, knowing ASIO4All is a third party plugin, I searched their site and its instruction manual and couldn't find the exact bug. I reset my computer, and nothing. I couldn't understand what was happening to me, that is, until I restarted FL Studio 7 and saw the message "Tonight, don't forget to puke."
I didn't know what the hell this was, and right away I got extremely worried that I had a virus on my computer that my firewall didn't block. So after updating then scanning and finding nothing, I googled the exact phrase and came up to this page on Wikipedia. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sytrus NOW it was clear, and knowing this, I changed my computer's date temporarily to the 28th to see if it would fix the problem with my ASIO driver. It did.
So, for FL8, would it be possible to remove this easter egg? I know it's meant as a harmless prank, but it really delayed my mastering process (no puns intended ).
Tonight, don't forget to puke.
