Hey guys. Recently I have started my first major music project I have made from scratch: Requiem for a Beat. In essence, it is a Trance-themed remix of the renowned song Lux Aeterna by Clint Mansell, composed for the movie Requiem for a Dream.
The highest version number is the most current release. However, feel free to listen to whichever version you wish on the links provided below.
Please tell me what you think! All comments, criticisms, reviews, and recommendations are appreciated.
I will continually update my progress as I release new versions of the song. The higher the version number, the more recent the release.

**Reverted Tom to Hi-Hat, but softer. Increased Bass boost.**

**Changed Hi-Hat to Tom, and Clap to Snare. Increased piano volume.**

**Started song with Bass. Softened piano. Fixed violin to match original Lux Aeterna recording with a few slight custom variations. Greatly increased song length. Varied and paired instruments. Introduced more dramatic introduction and conclusion.**
Release 2.5
** Increased kick frequency from 8 steps to 4 steps. Slightly fixed violin to match beat better.**
Release 2
**Changed bass clef piano riff to orchestral bass. Added violin solos.**
Release 1
**Started the song. Introduced piano riffs and basic Kick, Hi-Hat, and Clap beat.**
