What's Going On

I have some songs I made saved in Mp3 format to my harddrive and in Windows media Player. I want to share them in the music forum and when I tried to import them I could'nt do it. Can someone please explain the procedure to get my music into the forums, Please!! Thanx in advance for all responses.
