Help Needed

Hello, I'm writing a very long piece, and I need to shape some of the music. I am writing the whole song out in the piano roll and in the playlist. Here are my questions:

How can I put in something to change the dynamics of a measure? I would like to start the song quiet and make one measure that gradually makes it louder without me having to manually change that with knobs.

Is it possible to create a point in a single piano roll to transistion from the standard 4/4 time signature to a 3/8 time signature? I have a 3/8 fill that needs put in, but I can't find a means of putting this in without messing up the time signature of the rest of the song.

Finally, is it possible to put a mark in the song where it will change the tempo without me doing it manually? I have a few transitions of tempo throughout the song, and I would like to make it do it automatically.

If there is a tutorial I missed that went over this, feel free to recommend me to it, or a website that may explain.
