MIDI DJX D1 SFX - Effect Map- cakewalk ins controller names

I've been on this subject for years now, and basically I want to be able to use my DJX D1 as another sound generator via midi , I found a cakewalk ins file through the Yamaha site and I can now control the voices, while there is a controller definition I cannot see how I would program a controller using dashboard that would solve the specific issue relates to this line

"By using an external sequencer, which is capable of editing and transmitting the system exclusive
messages and parameter changes, you can select the Reverb, Chorus and DSP effect types which
are not accessible from the DJX panel itself. When one of the effects is selected by the external
sequencer, “ - ” will be shown on the display."

The following is a list of effects available.

As you can see there are quite a few cool SFX available to tweek, and hopefully automate. Is Fl Studio capable, can I use Dashboard to do this? The Manual gives the table as to how they would be accessed. So far as everything else is concerned it's all stable and transmitting and receiving midi as verified my midi ox.

The DJX Manual is attached, from what I've read online Reason has a plugin, but I don't know if their combinator really goes to the depth I want. I seem to be getting closer with the dashboard, I'm wondering if I will need to program an inf file that will give me control over the midi effects. If Fl Studio can transmit automation via midi?

The purpose of doing any of this is that the keyboard is capable of taking samples then applying midi SFX to them.. which in conjunction with Fl studio and MOTU MSI..UVI workstation will allow for some enjoyable composition time.

Thanks
