Need a Guide/Tip/Multiband compression preset example.

hey guys
it might be simple, but I'm kinda confused right now.

I'm trying to increase/expend PEAKS while saving the same RMS lvl in the spectrum (compress the rms lvl while saving the peaks), for specific band, using multiband compressor

possible with Maximus? any example ?
appreciate it.

ps- it is easy to do the oposite..
