Harmor vst install failure

There's already a thread about this problem in the Harmless forum, thought I'd post here as Harmor has the same prob. FL can't 'find ' the vst dll, despite it being in there with all the others; it shows in the vst list with IL at the front of it's name, and I suspect that might be the root of the problem. I'm running xp and FL 10.
