Changing JP 8080 presets with synthmaker

Hi there, I hooked up my Roland JP 8080 via midi to my computer and I'm wondering how do I change the built in presets from the synthmaker dashboard? There doesn't seem to be a button for this. Changing the patch number in the MIDI out channel seems to change the sound but I'm not sure if this is corresponding to the actual presets. The only way I can find to change the presets is physically on the machine. What I'm trying to do is save all the factory presets through synthmaker and have them saved on my hard drive so I can then add them in the future and make my own and save them as well.

I'm wondering how others work with their JP 8080. Maybe I should just use the midi out and the actual synth for adjusting my sounds and then only use synthmaker for automation?

Thanks!
