I need to make midi drum loops from old patterns I have made

I thought this worked before..I need to make midi drum loops from old patterns I have made in the Step Sequencer in fl.
At this point when I do the usual Prepare for Midi Export and it prepares the channels to be exported as a Midi drum loop..
When I import it on any track or drum Sequencer it just throws the bass drum, hi hat, snare on the same key in the piano roll..
I do not want this, I need to be able to import said loop and have it line up correctly with the step sequencer and or various drum sequencers..
Keep in mind this is for a bunch of loops I have already made in the past and I want to make midi drum loops out of them.
The only way I figured out how to do this is to Manually go to the piano roll on each Hi hat, snare ect and move them to different keys..
