Hey I realise there are lots of possibilities open to me at the moment with regards to software samplers, Slicex, Directwave and a host of other non FL Samplers. but they take a long time to learn the ins and outs of, can someone advise me on where I would be best off directing my time.
This is what I want to be able to do.
Edit, loop, Timestreatch, pitch change, my samples.
Assign different samples per key/note of my keyboard
Assign, different envelopes to each key/note, including, Pitch, volume, filters, lfo rates and amounts.
Save my created presets.
(Beat slicing and effects aren't necessary I already have the Fruity slicer)
Thats basically it, the most important thing is that its, something easy to understand and laid out clearly with a good display of wave forms etc.
It also has to have functions that are precise but easy to program changes to parameter's within it.
I have to say, considering this is mostly all that is required of a sampler, why they all have to look like a collection of barely legible tabs, minuscule displays, confusingly abbreviated envelopes, overly complex browsers and unfathomable Zone systems is beyond me!!!
I need something that will help me explore the possibilities of creating my own presets, that I can use in all my projects.
I've been asking about this here for well over half a year now, Please can someone help me, I can't write good music unless I can create my own presets using multiple samples.
Would like advice on multi sampler
