Channel state / Preset saving together ...... ???

hello
this is driving me nuts....
OK I save a preset in the OSC and it sounds different when i load it up again.... somebody else has this problem???
the first OSC preset is the default preset [1-PRESET] ----saved as preset in the OSC plugin (black bar in the plugin tab)
the second OSC preset is the same default preset [2-Channelstate] with the Channel state dragged on to it (Saved
with the triangle on the menu bar on the OSC)
how can i save them together as one preset???

On top is the Flp file to explain it a little

Don't get me wrong its good to save them in different file, so you can put the state file on another OSC,
but i wont them to load up (OSC and Channelstate) as the Preset.

The 3OSC preset file only saves whats on the PL...
