Can someone help me build a pitch changer?

Hi, I'm new to synthmaker, could someone help me with my first project?

I would like to build two things, pitch changer and a pitch changing delay, of course I would love to build some fancey pants Graphic QEs and filters etc etc but I actually need these plugins to use lol.
